Description:
This is the original saber from which all Invictus-class sabers derive. Originally constructed by Lord Harken as his personal sidearm, a faithful replica is now available for collectors.

Measuring in at 13.5 inches long, the Invictus gives enormous leverage for 2-handed saber users. The entire saber is adorned with grooves for grip, fins for proper heat dissipation, and a vented emitter that is both impressive in form as well as function.

Lore:

"Through victory, my chains are broken."

One of the most ancient Great Houses of the Imperium is House Harken. Steeped in traditions spanning millennia, this house proudly follows the Old Code, producing some of the most skilled warriors in the galaxy with incredible knowledge of the force. It is said that they are so adept in force powers that the lightsaber is a useful, but not a necessary tool. Among one of their many traditions is the Rite of Victory, in which a young warrior must build their first saber.

Many Great Houses have a similar rite of passage where one must earn their saber, but House Harken is quite different. For House Harken, knowledge of the force is paramount. A force adept must prove their worth with nothing but the force as their ally before they are allowed to wield a saber. To this end, they must pass the Rite of Victory, a test that requires them to defeat a powerful enemy using nothing but the force.

Young Ashen Harken, long before he became Lord of his house, was tasked with eliminating the bounty hunter assassin droid RK-77. Harken had little difficulty finding RK-77, but defeating the artificial intelligence proved extremely difficult. The droid was heavily shielded from electrical attacks and literally had eyes in the back of its head. Using all his cunning and force powers, Harken did defeat the droid. As a trophy, he took one of the arms of the now defunct RK-77 and used it as the frame for his signature lightsaber, the Invictus.
