Originally found destroyed deep in the remnants of a vile temple, this piece offers a unique design that is a departure from what is typically thought of for this kind of weapon. Based on what could be gleaned from the remnants, there were two battles at this location, at least a millennia apart. Because there are no records of the occurrence at the temple, we do not know who this weapon belonged to, who originally designed it, or how it was destroyed; we do know that it was found in two pieces, and the scrapper who found it was able to get it working again using scrap pieces they had laying around.
Due to the non-traditional design of this weapon, it would be very easy for someone to go incognito with it hanging on their belt and not even garner a second glance by anyone passing by. However, the true beauty of this saber lays in what was its multi-functional design. From what we can tell, before it was destroyed, this weapon served as both a blaster as well as a sword. Unfortunately, we do not have the required knowledge to get the blaster function working, but knowing it is a possibility may be enough for someone to work it out.
Given the size, we can assume it was originally designed for a smaller individual, or someone who preferred a 1-handed grip. This design will not allow you to perform as many spins or flourishes as other weapons of this nature, however this weapon is designed for function, and its function is not dancing.
